• This is not a Sipadan Dive tour.

• Diver must provide us the diver certification.

• The meeting point is at Jetty Pelancongan (Semporna Tourist Jetty).

• Diver is strongly recommend a wait of 18 hours before flying after diving. The 11:00am flight is the safest option for the next day after diving.

• Please note that the transfer from Semporna Hotel to Jetty Pelancongan is not included in the package.

• The earliest shuttle pick-up from Semporna to Tawau Airport is at 6:00 am, while the last shuttle pick-up from Tawau Airport to Semporna is at 9:30 pm. Please note that all transfers are on a shared van basis. If you prefer a private, chartered service, additional charges will apply.

• Every tour runs rain or shine. The tour will never be cancelled due to rain. We will do our best to proceed with every tour, however, in case of very bad whether some tours could be subject to reschedule or rerouting. You could double check our exceptional rain policy tour list below. We ask clients to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour departure, to check the weather conditions and choose accordingly. No-shows will not be refunded.

• Strictly no expecting mothers, serious medical history allowed for the trip. It is by your own risks and we will not responsible for any injury or costs involved if the persistent to be on board.

• The itinerary will be adjusted according to the weather, tides, waves, number of people, departure time and other reasons if safety condition is not allowed.
