• The meeting point is at Jetty Pelancongan (Semporna Tourist Jetty).

• Diver is strongly recommend a wait of 18 hours before flying after diving. The 11:00am flight is the safest option for the next day after diving.

• Please note that the transfer from Semporna Hotel to Jetty Pelancongan is not included in the package.

• To participate in diving activities at Sipadan, guests are required to possess a minimum certification of Advanced Open Water.

• If you have chosen to opt out of the complimentary Airport Transfer service, please be aware that no refunds, replacements, or cash exchanges are allowed.

• Every tour runs rain or shine. The tour will never be cancelled due to rain. We will do our best to proceed with every tour, however, in case of very bad whether some tours could be subject to reschedule or rerouting. You could double check our exceptional rain policy tour list below. We ask clients to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour departure, to check the weather conditions and choose accordingly. No-shows will not be refunded.

• Strictly no expecting mothers, serious medical history allowed for the trip. It is by your own risks and we will not responsible for any injury or costs involved if the persistent to be on board.

• The itinerary will be adjusted according to the weather, tides, waves, number of people, departure time and other reasons if safety condition is not allowed.
