The minimum occupancy requirement is 2 people. For single occupancy, an additional charge of 30% of the price will apply, except for the Shun Shun Water Chalet.
The meeting point is at Seafest Jetty.
If you have chosen to opt out of the complimentary Airport Transfer service, please be aware that no refunds, replacements, or cash exchanges are allowed.
The Malaysian Government has reinstated the Tourism Tax (TTX) of RM10.00 per room per night for all foreign passport holders for hotel stays effective from 1st January 2023.
Activities in resort: kayak – RM30 each for 1 hour. Snorkelling & swimming – FOC (we do provide life jacket, mask and snorkel) any loss or damaged will be charged RM100. Glass bottom kayak - FOC
Check in time : 14:00hrs, Check out time : 10.00hrs
Boat transfer into Resort IN: 14:30pm & 17.30pm Boat transfer OUT from Resort: 08.00am & 10.00am & 14:00am & 16:00am. Please get ready to check out at before 12:00pm.
If guests are unable to follow our schedule boat transfer, additional charges of RM100 per boat transfer each way
Every tour runs rain or shine. The tour will never be cancelled due to rain. We will do our best to proceed with every tour, however, in case of very bad whether some tours could be subject to reschedule or rerouting. You could double check our exceptional rain policy tour list below. We ask clients to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour departure, to check the weather conditions and choose accordingly. No-shows will not be refunded.

Strictly no expecting mothers, serious medical history allowed for the trip. It is by your own risks and we will not responsible for any injury or costs involved if the persistent to be on board.
The itinerary will be adjusted according to the weather, tides, waves, number of people, departure time and other reasons if safety condition is not allowed.
